Hey, hi and hello,

As the title/subject/whatever says, uni has begun again.

I am clearly insane, and decided to take up five subjects.

Molecular and Microbial Biology - allegedly it's biochemistry, but it seems more to me like some kind of hellish transformed beast with Chemistry and Genetics parents.

Bonding and Organic Chemistry - my favourite kind, it's a darling. Pi and sigma bonds, the intriguing dumbell-sausage shaped electron clouds, are delightful.

Human Biology - physiology, or, studying the functions of stuff. Horrifying, frankly. Interesting of course but the breadth and depth of knowledge expected of us is beyond alarming.

Analysis of Biological Data and Experiments - should be breezy, at least, it seems breezy, but may turn out to be revolting. It's boring, anyway.

Perspectives in Science - lab work, research journals, presenting stuff, discussing science issues, running a conference, etc.

So there it is.

After one last hurrah, party-wise, I experienced the worst hangover ever. I'm talking projectile-puking for 12 hrs on end. Lesson learnt: never mix pizza and beer. Ever. Pizza is to be kept separate from beer (from all alcohol, in fact) at all times.

However, I powered through the hangover to finish HP7. (Wow. How glad am I about Snape? I knew it all along ^_^) And then rock along to the first day of uni, AND remain conscious throughout all four of my lectures. Brilliance!

Anyway, the fact that uni has resumed means that I shall be absent indefinitely. Five subjects is barely manageable. Hopefully all is well with absolutely all of you and you shall live long and prosper.

Anyway, enough of this madness.
